Reset Your Password

No worries — it happens to everyone. Enter the email you registered with and we will send a secure, one-time link to create a new password. Takes less than a minute, and your ebooks will be right where you left them.

Use a unique password for every account. Reusing passwords across sites is the leading cause of account breaches.
Aim for at least 12 characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols for the strongest protection.
A password manager can generate and store strong, unique passwords for every site you use.
Never share your password or reset link with anyone. GreatLibrary.AI staff will never ask for your password by email or chat.
Avoid passwords that have appeared in data breaches. Check at Have I Been Pwned — if a password has been exposed, choose a different one.
I did not receive the email. Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, wait a few minutes and try again. Gmail and Outlook users should also check the Promotions or Other tabs.
The link says it has expired. Reset links are valid for one hour and can only be used once. If yours has expired, simply return to this page and request a new one.
I signed up with Google or Microsoft. If you created your account through social sign-in, you do not have a GreatLibrary.AI password. Use the Google or Microsoft option on the sign-in page instead.
